Lupo Bakery aims to empower its staff, by recognizing individuals that have the drive to learn and grow in the company. Training programmes are offered throughout the year to uplift and make its staff more knowledgeable in the working environment as well as in everyday activities.

HOW TO PRONOUCE CIABATTA  |  C – YA – BATA

Ciabatta Bread, originated in a small town in Italy, Rovigo. It was the Italian version of a French Baguette. Due to the flat oblong shape of the Bread, that resembled a Slipper. The Name Ciabatta was born… which means Slipper.
Ciabatta is a Sourdough White Bread, that has a Long Fermentation and has 75% Water Hydration. This Sourdough bread is made with little yeast and is known to be good for the digestive system. The Ciabatta is known for its open crumb texture with uneven holes.
If it is not “Holey” it is not a True Ciabatta.
